Elegant Highlands Ranch Wedding

Nelly and Philippe were married in a beautiful ceremony at Cherry Hills Community Church, followed by an elegant reception at Highlands Ranch Mansion. Their wedding was a blend of classic traditions, personal touches, and cultural nods. The classic highlights: the bride's stunning Justin Alexander dress, the vintage getaway car, and both amazing venues. The personal highlights: the couple's sweet doggy acting as flower girl, a custom 15-foot veil, and an absolutely fabulous first dance. The cultural highlights: a live mariachi band and papel picado banners for cocktail hour, fleur-de-lis and monogram on the tiered wedding cake, and the bride's brother/groom's best man giving his toast in three languages (English, Spanish, and French!)

If you were to tell me that Philippe and Nelly were royalty, I would 100% believe you. While documenting their wedding day and through the entirety of editing their film, I was in awe of the beauty and grace they both carry, not to mention that yes, Nelly truly did look like a princess. There was so much about Nelly and Phil's wedding that inspired their film and it was evident how much work they put in combining their Mexican and French Canadian Cultures. What began as a fateful meeting, has now grown into an incredible blended family over 7 years later. So incredibly honored to capture these irreplaceable moments — I will say it again and again and again.
