Charming Chatfield Botanic Gardens wedding
This sweet couple met in college, got engaged in a public library, and love to dance. And nothing was going to stop their wedding celebration. Not a 2020 pandemic, not a 2021 hurricane, not delayed flights, not even the closed dry cleaners who had the wedding dress. The love between Hannah and Lucas was so strong and positive that nothing dampened their spirits during all the changes. They married on their original 2020 date with an intimate group of family and had a beautiful “second wedding” in 2021 surrounded by all their loved ones. All the guests in attendance signed the Quaker marriage certificate, which doubled as the couple’s guest book. The botanic garden setting was carried into the wedding reception tent with simple greenery and twinkle lights, mirroring the huge tree filled with strands of lights that covered the adjoining patio. Congratulations to Hannah and Lucas!
