Xarumy Hincapie

I’m a dog lover and love pointing the magic of every day.

Where did you grow up? What do you consider to be your hometown?

  • I grew up in Alpharetta, GA. It’s about 30 minutes from Atlanta but lived there for 21 years before moving to CO!

How long have you lived in Colorado? What do you love about it?

  • I have lived in Colorado three years. My favorite thing here is definitely the hiking accessibility! It’s so quick to get to a beautiful trail and the trails are my happy place.

What does your perfect Saturday look like?

  • My perfect Saturday includes waking up early with coffee in bed, going on a 4-6 mile hike, enjoying a plethora of snacks or a packed lunch at the midpoint of said hike, then ending the day at a brewery enjoying a craft beer and dinner. Perfection!

Why do you like most about the wedding industry?

  • I like the intentional love in this industry. Right now, my favorite trends are bright colors and eclectic decor.

What do you like to do in your free time? What are your hobbies? What are your favorite things in life? What is something that always cheers you up?

  • I love to dance, and will find any opportunity to do so! I love finding local events (recently lots of Taylor Swift events) to attend where I can dance and sing like there’s no tomorrow. My favorite things in life are being outside and seeing my family enjoying sunshine on their faces, bodies of water to stick my feet into, and pepperoni pizza. I’ve recently taken crossword puzzles up for a hobby and regularly enjoy audiobooks

My Other Best Friend (besides YOU, of course!)

2 dogs: Bullet the chiweenie (10 yr) and Ellie (4 yr) the lab/collie mix

Bullet is a true G. He was rescued in GA and was found shot, a bullet through his chest and out his leg. He is the snuggliest boy and gets short zoomie bursts when he digs dirt. His theme song is “Buddy” by Willie Nelson. Ellie was adopted at 8 weeks old and is a high energy, high drive dog with a lot of personality! Her theme song is “Brown Eyed Girl” and her job is “Fetch”. I could go on, and on about my pups since they’re my besties.
