Lavierleon Dinh (Leon) is originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, and brings a strong foundation in live event coordination into the wedding industry. His experience managing large-scale events has shaped a calm, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to execution. He loves coordinating weddings because it allows him to bring people together around meaningful moments and shared celebrations. Lavierleon views the sacrament of marriage as a holy gift and approaches each wedding with a deep respect for its significance. What motivates him most is the opportunity to meet new people and play a role in one of the most important days of their lives. Outside of work, he enjoys road cycling, rock climbing, attending concerts, especially EDM, and exploring new restaurants. He also has a creative side through fandom conventions and values time spent traveling and connecting with others.

I love supporting my couples by creating a calm, organized space where they can be fully present and enjoy the day. I focus on anticipating needs, solving problems quietly, and keeping everything running smoothly so they don’t have to worry about the details. At the end of the day, my goal is to make the experience feel seamless and meaningful for both the couple and their guests.
