Two things:

1) I think we need a different acronym for Save-The-Dates than STD

2) I realized this after re-reading my first attempt at a title for this post and saw that it said “STD LOVE”.  That, my friends, is a completely different kind of blog!!!

What I am about to show you is nothing but class, elegance and a bit of quirkiness. Mr. Boddington’s Studio is an eccentric little shop set in the middle of bustling New York City where the elusive Mr. Boddington (be sure to read his bio on the website) comes up with the most adorable, personable and unique correspondence a gal (or guy!) could ask for.  Check below for some lovely inspiration through some recent STD’s …Save-The-Dates of his.  (Hint: The rest of the blog is CHOCK-FULL of exceptionally gorgeous wedding inspiration! So read on!)

Thanks to my dear friend and designer back home, Allie for pointing us towards this prettiness!

Not only do we love Jason and Gina as world’s most adorable shooting couple, but they have an amazing eye when it comes to capturing that moment. Their “one price” package is simple and sweet for brides and grooms! See more of their work on their website – their images speak for themselves…

We cannot wait to work with Paula from The Teacup Shop – Her style is impressive and her talent to manage sugar and flour is unsurpassed! Born in Colombia, Paula has a Business degree from her home country and a culinary degree from The Art Institute of Colorado.

Paula won first place in the Sweet time of the Rockies cake competition in the Professional division for her “Black and White” wedding cake, in February of 2008 at the Home and Garden Show, and second place for the “Ocean Theme” piece.

I love a couple who shoots weddings together, especially newlyweds who understand what the bride and groom want and need. Andrew and Jessica are the perfect example of that couple! Their unexpected, fun eye for weddings and their personalities would make any bride and groom feel at ease in front of the camera. Here are just a few examples of their fresh portfolio:

We were delighted to meet the acquaintance of Lisa and Andrea, the team at Sweet Pea Flowers! This design duo brings a new meaning to the term “lush” florals. Their use of fruit and unexpected flowers keeps us guessing! A few examples of their amazing work:

Our favorite vendor this Friday is Mantis Media. Although they are not a wedding vendor, they are the amazing team who shot the video for A Touch of Bliss on Wednesday. We want to say a special thank you to Boyce and Gewan, who made this video happen. We can’t wait to see the final product. A few thank you’s to the vendors who participated:

I love a fellow newbie to the Denver wedding scene, and Cori Cook is fresh off the stylish boat from LA. Her fantastic, contemporary designs are sure to appeal to those very distinctive brides.

She is so lovely to work with, and a joy to be around!

Such fun innovation, love these colors!

Love her style, it was featured in Southern Wedding Magazine, congrats Cori!

I met with Plum Sage Flowers this week and I love their smart, distinct floral style.

This floral duo has an amazing, abundant, fresh style that caters to every type of bride. They have over 30 years of combined floral design experience, and their portfolio is amazing!

We are looking forward to working with them very soon!

I met with Veronica from A Boulder Affair today about three of our upcoming weddings and I loved her style! Her company is based on a beautiful piece of land in Boulder, just staring out over the mountains!

What makes A Boulder Affair unique is their ability to make custom linens for a very competitive rental price – every bride loves a deal!

We can’t wait to see what Veronica dreams up for our brides!
